Pj’s Divers and Docks serves the region of Pinellas County and Tampa Bay Area from Hudson to Sarasota. We are looking for experienced bottom cleaners with a good attitude and hard work ethic. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in hull cleaning. It is a plus if you have experience in wrapping pilings or dock repair.
Certified Diver but no hull Cleaning experience?
We are willing to train the right person!
You MUST know how to scuba dive. (MUST have a PADI or NAUI dive certification to apply)
Cleaning barnacles off a yachts hull is physically demanding. You must be in decent shape to keep up with the demands of the job.
We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Pay is $15/hr while training for a minimum of two weeks up to one month depending on experience. Then pay is commission based off the work performed. Average diver makes $600-$800 per week but there is opportunity to make even more!
Must be available Monday-Friday.
Weekends are flexible but sometimes required depending on the demand.
Must have own reliable transportation.
We provide all the equipment necessary to clean the boats; However, you will need your own dive equipment such as scuba mask, regulator, fins, weight belt, etc.
You must be drug free and have a valid drivers license.
